Tony was helpful and responsive and arranged to have the car delivered quickly and for a reasonable fee. We bought a Renault Zoe from Joseph on the 17th of July. The car was in first class condition and was also priced very keenly. We purchased the car on the day of the viewing. I had a first class service and experience from Joseph, before I looked at the car extra photos/screenshots of leafspy were supplied to confirm to me the battery condition etc..Joseph was very accommodating with a zero pressure sales attitude. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles, all as described. Joseph even offered to collect me from the local train station when I decided to collect the vehicle myself, he checked up on my progress home knowing this was my first ev. Defiantly recommended and I would happily buy from again.Cheers Phil

A fantastic dealer experience from start to finish, I asked some questions late in the evening expecting a response the next day, but very quickly all my questions were answered clearly and accurately, enabling me to slow my search and realise this was the car I was looking for. Located in the beautiful Shropshire countryside, that experience alone makes you glad you came to see Joseph, a nicer guy you could not meet, well versed in everything EV and able to answer any questions or doubts you may have. The car itself was priced extremely favourably in excellent condition and ready for years of use. I can’t fault this dealer and I speak from many years of experience. SJ Branagan also offer a delivery service that I used, which was faultless and made it all so much easier, I have already decided to get my next EV from them, if only just to have another visit to their idyllic location. I could not tell you how refreshing it was to find a dealer who truly cares, which is why I will offer 100% recommendation.
