I was apprehensive about purchasing a car from a dealer as you hear so many stories. However, I was reassured by the previous feedback that I had seen from those that had bought a car before. I also did not provide feedback straight away until I had a chance to have a proper look at the car and also drive it for a bit. All in all, the car was found to be as advertised and I have no issues, and I'm very happy with the car. Joseph was helpful and a great communicator and made the process as straightforward as it can be.

I was getting quite stressed searching for a Nissan Leaf, but I stumbled upon SJ Branagan's who I saw specialised in EV's and had a few in stock. I phoned him after finding a potential car on autotrader and he was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I went to meet him, he had the car ready and had plenty of time to discuss EV's generally and take me through the basics of the car system (never driven one before) and give me a few tips. We went on a good test drive. With Nissan Leafs getting more commonplace, there are loads for sale. The adverts are informative and tell you the info you need (can't believe some adverts don't tell you the battery life for example) so it was easy to see what you were getting, so didn't expect a wasted journey. Needless to say I bought the car, he wasn't pushy in the slightest and didn't try and upsell me anything, all his cars come with a good MOT (mine was 12 months) and have the cables you need. Joseph was incredibly friendly and made buying the car very easy, I was able to drive away straight away in my new car, but I kindly asked him to brim the battery (as I had a way to travel) while I went away and sorted insurance, which he kindly did. The car itself was immaculate, can't believe it is coming up to a decade old, and feels like driving a brand new vehicle. He clearly selects the vehicles he sells carefully and seems to cater for a number of price points. I bought a 64 plate with 40k on the clock, which is ideal for our second car needs. The Leaf you chose as you know was a previous Leaf that I supplied two Years ago and the customer very kindly returned to me to PX against a larger battery version. I am so lucky with the fact that I only stock a handful of E/Vs and I can indeed choose them very carefully. It can be a bit of a minefield out-there, so it give me great pleasure reading my reviews and of course it helps future customer when deciding to take there first steps into the future E/V market. The car was exactly as described and good value for money. Joseph was really helpful and talked me through the numerous questions I had about purchasing my first electric car. Really flexible with viewing and collection times and the collection was seamless and took no more than fifteen minutes from arriving to driving my new car away. Thanks Joseph
